Download your company data
Company owners and admins can download the company’s records, history and stored files in one inspectable ZIP archive.
Records and their supporting files
The archive includes suppliers, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, quality, PLM, SOPs and training, Work, Planning, integration records and company settings. Original IDs connect related records.
- All company business records, including restricted company projects and history.
- Original stored attachments and captured SOP screenshots, each with a SHA256 checksum.
- A manifest with record counts and checksums, plus a schema describing record relationships.
Preparing a large archive can take a few minutes. Keep this page open while it downloads. The online export supports up to 1 GiB of uncompressed content; larger exports require a supervised export.
Handling the archive
The archive contains company information and uploaded files. Store it securely and review its contents before sharing it.
Login credentials, MFA material and integration tokens are excluded. External file links remain references; files hosted outside NIV are not fetched. Profiles cover current members, while historic records retain former participants’ IDs.
Inspecting the files and checksums
Open README.txt and manifest.json after extracting the ZIP. Each file under records/ contains one JSON record per line. The schema.json file describes primary and foreign keys. Files under attachments/ are referenced by their owning record.
On systems with SHA256 tools, run sha256sum -c checksums.sha256 from the extracted directory to verify every file. Your download’s archive checksum appears here when it finishes.
Export preserves your records in NIV. Account closure, deletion and retention requests are separate. This archive does not provide an automatic restore or database import.
